Firstly we will arrange your free no obligation consultation. This will simply be a straight forward, totally confidential conversation about you and your confidence issue. If we decide that I am the right person to work with you each of the 6 sessions from there will cost £45 and will last for 1 hour each.

Confident Weight Management

Weight Management is priced differently than hourly sessions.

This program consists of a consultation, Six 60 minute sessions and One 90 Minute session.
